The location was not great, but the host was great:)
Location. Couldn't order food delivery since the front office was closed early, making delivery difficult.

The hotel is about ten minutes' walk from the entrance to Pompeii. You can get there before the crowds. The circumvesuvium railway is about fifteen minutes walk away. The hotel is not in the actual centre of the modern town of Pompeii, but about twenty minutes' walk away, although this would not be relevant to most sightseers.
The hotel is only two storeys high and has a very pleasant garden to sit or picnic in. The rooms are clean and spacious. The owner is helpful.

Fruit for the breakfast. Owners very friendly and guided me in person to the parking facilities in the backyard upon arrival. Lovely garden area with shadow. Very quite. The place is in walking distance to Pompei (took me 10 min.).

The location is really good to visit the Pompeii sites.
The toilet and bathroom were dirty and it really seemed like it hadn’t been cleaned! There was hair in and around the toilet etc. The towels also smelled really bad. I didn’t feel comfortable taking a shower and staying there although the staff and the breakfast was okay. But it was just dirty.
