The location was PERFECT. Our room was facing the street. I read the reviews complaints about the noise. Yes, it's on a busy street, but it was not bad. This hotel is around the corner from the station and Pompeii 's porta marina, we took the train to Naples, ercolano, sorrento, SUPER convenient. It is also a nice walk to the town.

The man at reception was so very nice! He was very fast and efficient. He helped me carry my very heavy luggage. I was so very grateful to him! Another person staying there helped carry my luggage downstairs for me. So wonderful for me! The front desk recommended a DELICIOUS restaurant for me to go to.
I thought it would be closer to the Ruins.

The staff were absolutely fantastic – they went above and beyond, helping us organise a tour of Vesuvius and arranging transport to the hotel.
The location is spot on for exploring Pompei – you couldn’t ask for better!
The rooms were… well, let’s just say “interesting.” There were certain ‘noises’ coming from nearby rooms throughout the night, and with the hotel’s hourly rates, it didn’t quite feel like the kind of place you’d want to stay long-term. 😬
Luckily, we were only there for 10 hours, which was more than enough!
Would I return? Probably not – but if you’re just passing through and need a short stop, the staff and location are the saving grace.
