About this house rental
A special house, all built in stone, with a breathtaking 180 degree view of the amazing views of Chia… .. very close to the sea, about 1.3 km, but also to the commercial services area of the shops, the night shows of the Piazzetta and at the golf course (driving range).
The house is a comfortable two-room apartment consisting of a twin bedroom and an equipped living room, in which a comfortable sofa bed can accommodate 2 more people.
The room is decorated in shades of blue and with Sardinian traditional tapestries, with wooden furniture, with simple and linear lines, which create an atmosphere of intimacy and tradition.
The living area conveys an idea of comfort and practicality, furnished in an essential way, but finished with custom-made furniture to offer maximum practicality.
There is also a fireplace, if you want to enjoy the house all year round ...!
The windows on the stone facade, which leads to the house, overlook a small veranda where you can relax, enjoying the view of the Chia tower and the expanse of beaches.
The bathroom is a real gem with the colors of the sea, the masonry shower and custom-made furnishings.
The house has its own parking space and direct access.
A splendid location for a splendid holiday!

Really nice place but the photo of the outside area is not showing the street right in front where the neighbors will park everyday and unload the car. The gardener will also park there and from 7:30 on, it’s far too hot to sit outside at least in July.

Das Appartement ist wirklich toll in einer Siedlung mit schönen Häusern gelegen. Da fällt das Objekt sehr ab. Die Terrasse hat keinen Bodenbelag, kein Rasen, sie ist keine Terrasse. Das ist sehr schade. Die Nachbarn genießen ihre Gärten und Terrassen, und wir im Geröll an der Straße.

Una nota dolente nei confronti della proprietaria, non esistevano tende alle finestre, quindi assenza di privacy poiché il minuscolo giardinetto per nulla curato, (c'era più terra e polvere che erba, terra che si portava a sotto le scarpe all'interno dell'appartamento sporcano tutto), giardinetto che dava direttamente sulla stradella comune. Il tavolo esterno era logoro completamente sverniciato e non si poteva usare poiché non c'era un ombrellone o una tenda adeguata che potesse riparare dal sole. Il ripostiglio esterno che alloggiavavla bombola del gas è le scope era tutto a vista e con il pavimento sconnesso, sarebbe sufficiente creare un semplice separé in legno. La tenda o le chiusure per la doccia non c'eraro, e l'acqua bagnava tutto il pavimento del bagno, per fortuna dopo averla richiesta, il professionista dell'immobiliare, persona squisita e professionale, ne ha fatto mettere una.
Un vero peccato perché la vista sugli stagni è le spiagge di Chia era un vero spettacolo.
Se la proprietaria investe per sistemare questi disagi è un appartamento che tutto sommato vale la pena di affitare.
