Ivory Suite Valletta

Location. Kitchen, fridge, TV. Bedrooms with aircon.

Ensuite had no shelves in the shower. Kitchen had no oven gloves. The whole apartment was rather gloomy. Electricity kept tripping out.

Fantastic location and very well equipped apartment. Extremely good communication with the owner about check in. Highly recommend this apartment for a holiday in Valletta.

Nothing not to like.

We loved the location which is near sites in Valletta without being directly on the busiest streets. It was very clean, quiet, and equipped with kitchen supplies. Very comfortable beds and living room seating. We traveled with a disabled elder with a walker/wheelchair who (after about 6 entry stairs from a steep-sloped street) could easily navigate the interior rooms independently.

Tip: bring a non-slip rug for the shower areas because the floors are slick even if dry. I'd recommend the owner consider adding rugs in bathrooms, entry, kitchen sink area, and bedsides to help avoid slips/falls. Info for travelers with wheelchairs, walkers, strollers or other movement challenges, be aware that the building entrance is mid-block on a very steep incline (though that's common in Valletta's terrain!) FYI: There isn't much natural light, though interior lighting and air conditioning was sufficient. We wanted to save on air conditioning by opening windows, but many mosquitoes live above puddles at the base of the building's inner light shaft/lightwell (ultra-mini courtyard) where the windows overlook from the bathrooms/king-sized bedroom. If only there were screens, that'd be nice. The other bedroom/kitchen windows looked onto another lightwell without this issue.

Excellent location. Easy to check in. Lovely comfortable well appointed apartment.
