So, the villa is on the hill in a little town vallend 'Premeno'. In this town itself are numerous little restaurants and you get to see some nice buildings. The villa is locaties pretty high on the mountain. You Will need a strong car and some good skills to drive all the way up to the villa. Anyway, when you arrive, a really nice lady called Debora Will be waiting for you, she speaks good English and shows you around the house. There's a really nice and cozy garden on the property with some garden furniture ready to use. In the back of the garden there's a little stone stair leading you higher on the mountain, giving you an extra perspective on Lago Maggiore. Also in the garden there's a very special tree, it's really beautifull. Just adventure around in the garden a little. At evening or night you can ligt up the garden lamps to drink a glass of wine in the garden and have a chat under the starry night sky. The villa itself is really pretty, it looks typical for the region on the outside and it still looks typical on the inside, wich makes it special. The interior looks old but it's all really beautifull and usefull, it gives you a real Italian atmosphere. There is a Nice hallway with some chairs, on the right there is a living room with a big table and some nice chairs, there is a flatscreen and a fireplace. It's beautifull. On the left is the kitchen, it has everything you need. All tools to cook and drink are present. Even alluminium Paper to keep some things covered and fresh. You can enter the garden via the kitchen backdoor. Also in the hallway, you can take the stakes to the first floor. On the 'in between' floor there's a little bathroom with a shower and a toilet. On the first floor you can find a total of 3 Bedeooms and 2 badrooms. 2 beautifull rooms with a terrace on the outside (woorden balcony) with great view over the lake and the city. These 2 badrooms are recently renovated and look like new.
I can't say anything was really bad about this house.
