About this apartment rental
Bright 180m2 apartment with 3 double and 1 single bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and 1 guest toilet, decorated with designer furniture throughout. The spacious kitchen / dining room / living room area leads to 2 balconies. The master bedroom with ensuite bath leads to terrace overlooking interior courtyard. The interior of the building.
Centrally located, 2 blocks from Paseo de Gracia with its boutiques & restaurants, casa Batllò, la Pedrera etc. Easy access to public transport, ideal for families, groups or professionals. Fully equipped kitchen - safe box
Stays of over 1 week include 1 weekly cleaning with change of bed linen and towels. Additional cleaning is possible, please inquire about the rates.
Have small children? Do not worry, we are happy to provide you with a high chair, baby cot, lamp and mixer for baby food for your little one during your stay. (there is a € 90 + VAT fee for the baby kit).
THE CITY OF BARCELONA IMPOSES CITY TAX SIMILAR TO THOSE CHARGED BY HOTELS. THE RATE IS € 2.48 PER PERSON (OVER THE AGE OF 16) PER NIGHT FOR A MAXIMUM OF 7 NIGHTS. THIS WILL BE CHARGED AT CHECK IN.
There is a € 30 extra charge for late check ins (after 8.30pm).
Please be careful with the keys if you lose them there is a € 100 charge for each lost set of keys.

Heike was so responsive and kind in meeting our numerous requests. The apartment is lovely. The location cannot be beat. Right in the heart of the city and walking distance to everything. Elegantly decorated. Friendly and helpful porter. Beautiful building. Would definitely go back.

Lovely and spacious apartment in the perfect location. We enjoyed the close proximity to the lovely city without the noise. Beautifully decorated and clean. We only had a few minor issues. First, the washing machine was not easy to operate and it was a challenge to start. Also, the twin bedroom was very dark and looked out over the elevator shaft. There was a bright light that woke us each night. I’d recommend wearing an eye cover. The 4th bedroom was not really a bedroom. It was very small and was where the WiFi modem was located. We opted to use it as storage. Only minor issues however. We had a lovely time and thoroughly enjoyed the apartment!

Specially asked about having A/C. Answer > yes. Could not find thermostat, when found seemed to be programmed not to cool. 2 bedrooms only received small amount of ventilation. Host was rude with answers. Like insulted that I dare ask. Nice place maybe Nov- Mar.
