Das Apartment ist sehr ruhig und schön gelegen. Auf Giudecca hat es gute Restaurants und Bars und für die Biennale ist die Lage perfekt.
Das Besteck, das Geschirr und die Dusche waren leider ziemlich dreckig. Man müsste das Apartment wieder einmal etwas gründlicher putzen und kleiner Dinge flicken.

Estaba todo muy limpio. Las habitaciones muy amplias y cuenta con aire acondicionado. Todo perfecto.

L'emplacement (près d'un débarcadère), la clarté, le calme (au milieu de jardins), la hauteur sous plafond, l'immeuble, l'accueil et la facilité pour récupérer les clés, la climatisation.
Quelques réparations faciles mais nécessaires : pas de lumière dans la cuisine (ampoule à changer), plafonnier de la salle de bain peu lumineux (ampoule ?), barre de douche défectueuse. L'espace commun (salle à manger/salon) un peu réduit pour 5 personnes, mais deux des trois chambres sont superbes et vastes (la 3e est pour une seule personne).
