Excellent location for quiet and convenient Deauville stay

No dishwasher but many dishes and cookware. Cleaning supplies and even beach items available in accommodation. Quiet and safe area just a couple blocks from beach and 15min walking distance to Deaville main restaurants. Gated parking is added amenity.

Excellent host, prompt communication in English, helpful on-site agent to hand over the keys without grumble in spite of our delayed arrival on site. Easy checkout. Good location close to the beach and within walking distance to the old town and nearby supermarket.

The space is ok for two people, but rather tight for a family of four - two bunk beds are squeezed into the entrance corridor. There is no real bed - just a fold-out sofa with inferior sleeping comfort, which, when unfolded, takes up most of the studio apartment - meaning, very little space left for opened luggage. The small kitchen is enough for serving quick meals, otherwise no space for real cooking (not a real issue, as long as you focus on eating outside). The apartment is located right next to the entrance door on ground floor with 24/7 access for all residents - a rather noisy experience right into the middle of the night. The furnishings are quite low-cost and already a bit worn, which is all the more noticeable due to the narrowness. All in all, we were glad to have found a place to stay for the four of us in this posh seaside resort on very short notice - at the same time rather disappointed by the comparably very limited value for money.

Close to the beach. The appartment is on the ground floor with the direct access to the outside, where is a lawn and a kids playground.

The appartment is quite small. The bunkbed is next to the entrance door and on the hallway just next to it is an automaticaly closing door, that makes lot of noise when someone walks through, we were there during off season so there was litttle traffic, but during high season that could be very disturbing at night.

100% perfect and fully equipped

Beach is only less than 5 minutes away. Too close to downtown. Bus stop, supermarket and gas station nearby.Bunk bed is very comfortable, so is the sofa bed that’s actually quite large. Kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped, stove, mini fridge, sink, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, soap bars, dish soap, shampoo bottles, mini first aid kit, sanitizer, dish sponge, towels, paper towels, cleaning products. Board games, magazines and children beach equipment is also available. The owner is very friendly, helpful and attentive

Perfect host, wonderful location -- a garden near the beach

Although this was my first visit to Deauville, my two Parisian friends have visited many times. This studio was perfect for the three of us, because we left the door between our living room and our patio open, enjoying the freshness and quiet of the garden and the coolness of the studio (even during the heat wave !) at will. Gregory was a superb host ! He responded very quickly to our questions and requests, always very friendly and helpful. Because we traveled by train from Paris during the heat wave, we had to adjust our original plans for checking in and out, but Gregory ensured that all went smoothly, asking the cleaning service and even a friend of his to help us. Because of this, we were able to really get the maximum enjoyment of our three days in Deauville and Trouville ! The location is great, close enough to the beach but far enough from the noise. The area is very residential, so it is safe and quiet. It is easy to call a taxi to go to the port or to Trouville. We loved having dinner in the Centre Ville and then walking home along the beach promenade and planches when it was cool and quiet in the evening. This studio is an excellent value for the money. The sofa bed and the bunk beds were really comfortable, the wi fi was fast, and having our own kitchen was great for coffee in the morning (on our terrace in the garden, listening to the sound of the birds, such a luxury...) It stayed cool even during the heat wave. Le Studio de Deauville Plage is so much nicer and more relaxed than staying in a hotel near the port. I highly recommend it. Pure Enttäuschung

Eine ruhige Lage nur 400 Meter vom Strand und das Zentrum 600 Meter entfernt mit einem kostenlosen Parkplatz. Das Appartement war gut ausgestattet.

Der Besitzer war nicht vor Ort ,nur online erreichbar , er hatte wenig Überblick über den aktuellen Zustand seines Appartements. Die Sofa war schmutzig , die Klobrille war defekt , den Kleiderschrank konnte man nicht benutzen , da dort private und schmutzigen Sachen verstaut waren. Die Tür zum WC quietschte . Die Ameisen begleitete uns in der Küche

Top logement avec jardin à 3 min de la Plage!

On a adoré notre séjour! L’appartement est confortable, très propre et très bien situé, à 3 min à pied de la plage et d'un Carrefour Market. Le jardin qui donne sur le logement est un vrai coup de coeur! agréable et bien exposé, ça fait toute la différence! Le parking dans la résidence est aussi très pratique surtout que les places sont payantes à Deauville. Bref, un endroit où l’on reviendra sans hésiter !

Logement parfaitement agencé, tres agréable à vivre et très propre. Le Jardin baigné de soleil est un vrai coup de coeur, idéal pour se détendre à tout moment de la journée. Le parking sur place est un vrai atout, tout comme l'emplacement: calme tout en étant à 2 pas de la plage et proche des commerces.

Séjour Parfait!

Appart tres propre, à 5 min de la plage et centre ville. Parfait pour une famille de 4 avec 2 grands enfants. Le canapé lit est grand et le matelas tres confortable. La terrasse et le jardin sont un vrai plus, surtout que bien ensoleillé. Le parking ds la residence est pratique. Accueil chaleureux de la conciergerie agréable et arrangeante. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et c'est sure que nous reviendrons ici pour notre prochain séjour à Deauville.

Tout parfait sauf départ

Tout L’appartement est tellement bien placé et il y a tout. Lit est hyper confortable.

La femme de chambre est arrivée seulement 10 minutes avant notre heure de départ, avec une forte insistance pour que nous quittions immédiatement les lieux. Il était 10h48, nous étions en train de fermer notre valise, et elle insistait déjà pour que l’on parte, alors que notre départ était prévu à 11h. Cette attitude nous a mis une pression inutile, c’était stressant et vraiment pas professionnel. Nous n’avons jamais vécu ça ailleurs : en général, on ne presse même pas les clients s’ils dépassent de quelques minutes. Ici, c’était pressant avant même l’heure prévue.

Propreté non respectée pour un prix trop élevé

C’est une residence ou nous avons l’habitude de venir notamment via le Pierre et Vacances. Nous aimons le fait qu’il soit proche du centre ville et en quelque sorte au calme.

1- la propreté globale de l’appartement est complètement a revoir. Mon téléphone est tombé derrière les lits superposés, en tirant, découverte d’un amont de saleté, paquet de cigarettes, maillot de bain mouillé / moisi. Les murs de l’appartement , les plinthes, n’ont pas été nettoyé depuis très très longtemps ( voir jamais ) pas du tout en adéquation avec le prix. Les chaises et table dehors sont sales et pas disposer de matière agréable. 3- les joints de la porte de douche a refaire , l’eau coule par terre de manière importante 4-l’appartement mériterait d’être rangé notamment sur les jeux / matériels laissé a disposition

Nous avons vraiment tout aimé. Emplacement, confort, qualité/prix, terrasse au rdc, équipements et plusieurs petits plus comme le café,savon,fruits, Gregory qui gère le studio et la relation est au top. Il sait vendre son produit et mettre en confiance, souriant et très commercial ! A revenir sur Deauville, nous irons au même endroit !
