The perfect Deauville pied a terre

This is a lovely boutique hotel right next to Arqana & the Hippodrome. Perfectly placed for horsing about as well as seeing Deauville. Charming staff, Sultan the big friendly dog, lovely rooms & an excellent breakfast. Perfect for us.

Very friendly staff and welcoming. Great breakfast. Location is very central. Access to the premises at all time even no staff is on duty (after 8pm). 2 electric bikes available for hotel guests (upon reservation).

The rooms are spacious enough yet the noise insulation is not top notch.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Good location, within 10 minute walk of the town centre and the beach, easy free parking nearby. The room was adequate in size but had everything we needed including a coffee machine and wifi. There is a pleasant patio at the rear where one can have breakfast and sit, with cover if it rains!

I would not charge for tea and coffee during the day.

Great hotel , great host , great experience

The hotel is perfectly located in Deauville, just 700 meters from the beach and within walking distance of the city center. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, kind, and attentive – creating a very personal and welcoming atmosphere. Meeting Sultan, the friendly hotel dog, added a special touch and made us feel even more at home. Our room was lovely, equipped with portable air conditioning to handle the summer heat, and we especially enjoyed spending time in the peaceful patio area. Everything came together to make it feel like a true home away from home.

The bath was a bit outdated rather than this it was really nice

The property was well located and the courtyard is beautiful for sitting out in. The breakfast was fantastic and the staff were brilliant. The communication before we arrived was fantastic too, the recommendations were a lovely touch.

Quaint place to stay in Deauville.

The communication with the hotel staff was stupendous. Multiple exchanges from the morning before check in right up until out arrival to make sure everything went as smooth as possible. The hotel was quaint and a genuinely lovely place for a short break in Deaville.

There is a fan in the room but not A/C so bear this in mind when visiting Deaville in the summer. It usually doen't get very hot but with climate change it is something to bear in mind.

Great base in the center of town

So stylish and comfortable. I was travelling by bike and I could leave it safely in the courtyard. Henry was so helpful and friendly. Breakfast was wonderful.

Beautiful, quaint, small hotel for a peaceful, comfortable stay

The personnel is fantastic. Very welcoming and willing to help us by providing us with every detail for our trip, including food, activities, excursions, general information on the city and surroundings. Indeed the best part of this quaint hotel, were its people !

I would propose a bit more attention to detail with regards to renovation. For example in our room number 106, the ceiling and the floor were not straight. Our bed, from the toes to the head, was bending downwards. The bathroom door was not closing in full, so privacy was not 100%. I believe some small renovation would make a bid difference to this beautiful, quaint hotel

Exceptional Expirience

The Hotel has an excellent location, beautiful decoration, very close to caffees and restaurants, free parking near by. Beautiful beach at only 5 min walk Highly recommended. Stay here at lease 3 nights, there is much to see in area and surroundings. We got very good advice about where to go and eat. Will be back again for sure 😃

Fantastic hosts, professional, caring and incredibly friendly. They made us (and according to other reviews here, everyone) feel so welcome and gave great reccomendations about local restaurants, things to do and see. And Sultan, the golden retriever, topped everything off!

Absolutely fabulous stay.

In a world where customer service is meant to be everything, good Cust service is actually very hard to find…… not in this hotel. The owner/receptionist was probably one of the friendliest, most helpful person I’ve met in such a long time. More importantly not in an over the top way! I immediately understood it’s high satisfaction rating. Deauville is absolutely beautiful and my stay there was enhanced by my stay at this hotel. Niamh, Ireland 🇮🇪

Wonderful hotel! Hôtel Le Patio has nice design and friendly staff. Henry wrote that we can check in early and he made upgrade our room, it was very clean and comfortable accommodations. Near there is public parking Good location: 10 minutes by walk to the beach 20 minutes by walk to Trouville Also, The Hotel live so pretty dog (retriever). There was good time for me and my wife

it was not a queen size bed but 2 single beds next to each other. Once you move a little you wind up in the crack between mattresses and that my friends, is extremely uncomfortable! No worries, I managed to survive.
