About this house rental
Get away from it all and enjoy nature - but still, stay close to all the action.
Our Casa is open for business again after taking a hiatus during the Covid pandemic.
We are 15 minutes and 6 miles to the Coachella & Stagecoach Country Music Festivals at the Polo fields in Indio. And 5 miles to the Indian Wells Tennis Garden and PGA West. Also close to the Thermal Horse Shows, Ironman, and Palm Springs Modernism.
Enjoy the mountain views, nature walks, and starry nights of the Santa Rosa Mountains and Bear Creek trail, just minutes from your front door!
If you want to explore the area, we are located halfway between downtown Palm Springs (40 mins to the west) and Joshua Tree National Park (40 mins to the east)

We will greet you at check-in. Driver's license for the renter to be verified at check-in. NO EXTRA OVERNIGHT GUESTS BEYOND 8 MAXIMUM ARE ALLOWED BY THE CITY PER RENTAL REGULATIONS & permit #768261
This cozy, quiet, and scenic community has a strict no-festival parties and noise policy. Sorry, but NO music outside is permitted by the city after 10 pm. (Our sweet senior citizen neighbors will tell on you ;-)
420 friendly - but please no smoking inside (even weed) due to potential allergies of future guests.
No friends or visitors of guests are allowed on the property per the liability agreement.
When out for the day, please set the AC to 83 to save energy and keep the planet inhabitable! PLEASE CLOSE ALL WINDOWS when you are out - there are often huge spontaneous wind/dust storms in the Coachella Valley.
The saltwater pool can be heated for an additional fee and needs enough advance notice to fill the propane tanks and get the heat on in the pool. Please inquire beforehand if you are interested, and we will fill the propane tank for a deposit. The pool service company comes on Monday/Thursday mornings at around 8:30 am to service and clean the pool.
A 10% short-term stay occupancy tax is mandated by Riverside County. This will be collected one day before your stay, if it is not included in your initial payment.

First off, the owner came to our rescue after an unfortunate situation (not involving the owner). The house is located on a very quiet street in a beautiful area with views of the mountains. A fantastic hiking trail is just a two-minute walk away. The house is fully equipped with anything that you might possibly need. The three bedrooms are large and each has a large closet suitable for virtually anything you might possibly bring. The kitchen is amazing, overlooking the family room. The pool is beautiful and inviting, just steps away from any room in the home.
Communication was a breeze and they even let us check in before the posted check-in time. If you are seeking a wonderful, stress-free, vacation, then this is the property for you.
