Situated in quiet neighborhood, La Quinta Cove, with gorgeous mountain views; close to Nature Preserve/trails, downtown La Quinta. Golf, tennis, festivals, Joshua Tree close by.
This almost brand-new, luxurious vacation rental is the ideal retreat for a couples' or group of friends' relaxing getaway to the So Cal desert. Please note that this house is not suited for children as the pool area is not separated from the house.

Please note that we cannot allow parties or events at the residence due to the quiet, residential neighborhood the house is located in. The City of La Quinta strictly enforces their noise regulations (please see House Rules for more information).

Pool is a private dipping pool with Cabo Shelf for lounging and taking refreshing dips. Pool is not heated but will be warmed by desert sun from spring through fall. Hot tub heat is complimentary.

* Dining alfresco on covered rear patio with ceiling fan. Equipped with BBQ grill (propane provided). Plenty of outdoor dishes and BBQ utensils available.

This was a great place to stay. Love the layout of the house and all the kitchen ware that they have. Bathroom was well stocked and had everything you need.

Our family had a wonderful, relaxing stay. The house had everything we needed! Each bed was super comfy, super soft. The pool was perfect. We loved that each room had its own tv. The location was good. The neighborhood was very quiet and there was a park a block away. We would stay there again!
