Open floor plan great room, sunken bar w/wine fridge, breakfast nook, and gourmet kitchen. 2 gas fireplaces, (one in great room and one in casita). Formal dining room. Private pool & spa, table, patio, built-in BBQ. Dining & Shopping: Easy walking distance to both Old Town La Quinta & the La Quinta Resort & Spa. 5-minute drive to many restaurants, and grocery stores. 15-minute drive to legendary El Paseo shops, Palm Desert and The River malls. We came for 1st Coachella weekend. Property description was spot on. Location to Empire Polo field was perfect. The property is located at the 13th tee box which provided many hours of watching golfers tee off and so many were friendly and talked with us. Serene setting, beds very comfortable, pool was great. There was a separate Casita which worked out well for our group. We had many young adults who didn’t want to leave they loved the house so much. Kitchen had so many cooking tools and lots of spices so we recommend you look before grocery shopping. Lorrie was responsive and a pleasure to communicate with throughout our visit. There was an earthquake when we were there and she immediately texted us to make sure we were ok. We would definitely rent this home again, but plan to stay longer. Lorrie thank you for sharing your home with us.

I rent a lot of places in La Qunita and this was the nicest, cleanest and the attention to our stay by the home owner was incredible.
I will rent again here!
