It is a spacious resort villa with newly upgraded flooring tasteful decor. You don't have to worry about parking with an attached 2 car garage. The location is perfect, right up against the mountain with a patio, great for entertaining. One of the 12 community pools with complete Jacuzzi facilities is steps away. The bedrooms, all primary suites, have flat screen TVs with a large Flat screen in the living room. Beds consist of one King bed, one king bed, and 2 queen beds. No Pets allowed! The Neighborhood: LEGACY VILLAS COMMUNITY AMENITIES: 12 Refreshing Saltwater Pools, including 2 Lap Pools and 11 Spas Walking paths feature 19 sparkling fountains throughout resort community. We loved how Char was accommodating to our arrival. Have stayed at Legacy Villa's many years and the first to have 2 queen beds in the room! Very well equiped kitchen. Will be back and thank you Char!

Char's home was perfect for our group. The bathrooms were spacious, beds were comfortable, and the property was very well maintained. Washer/dryer was also an added bonus. Char was super communicative and also accommodated an early check in for us.Since we were there for Coachella, the property was about a 15-20 minute walk to the La Quinta shuttle stop.

My family and I had another great stay in Char’s villa. Always clean and stocked with everything we could need. Super accommodating and sweet. Will be back!

Perfect get away with our friends. The hosts was very responsive. The house was clean and matched the pictures. Nice and quiet location backing up to the hills. Just a short walk to a satellite pool. The main pool and gym are close as well.
