This house is behind guard gated Indian Wells Country Club with 24 hour security. Recently remodeled in 2016 with four bedrooms and two and a half baths. Enjoy new kitchen and stainless steel appliances. The master suite features a walk in closet along with a separate shower and tub. Backyard features a heated pool and Jacuzzi, outdoor patio with lighting , BBQ and seating area for entertaining. Golf cart included with the rental. Freshly decorated by an interior designer and over 2800 square feet. Samsung 4K TVs in all rooms. 43 inch TV's in three bedrooms, Master has a 55 inch and family room has a 58 inch TV. This is a lovely home. It was very welcoming with soaps and other toiletries in wicker baskets in every bathroom. The kitchen was well equipped and met all our needs.
The front of the house and the pool area are beautifully planted with bright petunias and geraniums. Rooms are large and comfortable.
Arman was a wonderful landlord. Responded immediately to our questions. Perfect location...convenient for shopping and tennis.

Had a great time at this beautiful house in Indian Wells Country Club. The owner was fabulous to work with. The house was immaculate! We have already booked for next year!
