Tucked away behind a secure gated entry, in the upper La Quinta Cove, you'll discover a private oasis where you can relax and create memories that will last a lifetime. With a refreshing pool and a brand new LED lighted Cal Spa Hot Tub, this stunning property guarantees a vacation experience that will delight and soothe you.

If you're looking to heat up the pool, it's available for an additional utility charge of $75per day (with a 2-night minimum charge). There's no extra utility charge for heating the new hot tub.
However, please be aware of the La Quinta short-term rental executive mandate, which prohibits amplified outdoor music and outside noise after 9 pm, with a $1000 fine for non-compliance. Additionally, the property allows no more than 3 cars, as the goal is to create a relaxing vacation experience while being respectful of the full-time residents in the residential neighborhood.
Security Cameras. We have a flood light with a ring camera on the driveway and one ring door bell on the outside of property for safety. We have no cameras in front yard, backyard and of course none inside.
Rest assured, we're doing our part to ensure your safety by thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces in the house before your check-in.

We stayed for a weekend with some friends!! Communication with owner was excellent! House was spotless, super well maintained, equipped and organized!! Definitely an amazing experience!!!

Perfect property for three sisters who badly needed a mini getaway. Loved that there are several trail heads close by.

Pros: house is nice, decorated nice, adequate place for cooking, a/c is cold, quite neighborhood.Cons: bikini bottoms in the pool filter, some sort of wipes left in pool filter (obviously not cleaned, shades have food/residue stains on them, dryer lint had not been cleaned in a long time, dryer lint area absolutely filthy and was/does not get cleaned, front gate lock malfunction one evening (had to hop fence to get in), outlet by the sink for the coffee maker was coming out of the wall (extremely unsafe), overall the walls were dirty with stains, corners of walls scuffed/paint missing.Not what I payed for nor was it relaxing to have to deal with this. This place needs an actual deep cleaning/maintenance overhaul. Attention to detail would go a long way.I asked and was refunded part of a nights stay.Owners didn’t want me to leave a review. See attached pictures.
