Beautiful newer construction luxury La Quinta home designed specifically for family vacations to the desert. 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. Open concept design with high ceilings creates a great atmosphere for entertaining. 4K 70" LED TV IN family room and 65" 4K LED TV's in every bedroom. 100 Mbps. Custom cabinets with quartz and granite countertops. Stainless steel appliances. Recessed LED lights. Everything with the house and amenities were very good. The external ice maker has some issues - lots of funny noises. We had to unplug a few times. Tankless water heater takes time to get hot water. Fantastic layout of kitchen and living room for the 6 of us.Bonus was being a few blocks from hiking trails.

Actually the 2nd year in a row to stay at this property while golfing in LaQuinta. I always do my best to enjoy my stay while on vacation but there were some things about this property that need attention.
The Wi-Fi never worked nor did the TV remotes. The bath and wash towels were minimal and poor quality. I travel the states and frequently stay in VRBO properties. Most have at a minimum hotel single serve condiments but the location was out of stock and additional grocery visits was needed.
On a good note, the price was fair and the home has plenty of room to move. My group had a good time but I feel the property needs a little bit of TLC. The host immediately responded but some areas of concern will have to be fixed after our visit.
