We really enjoyed our stay in this house. It was very quiet, spacious, very comfortable. We'd stay again for sure. One on the beds in the 2 bed room squeaked but we just used the other one. The ice machine didnt work for us either but could have been user error. These things did not keep us from having a great time during our stay.

The house is in a nice, neat neighborhood. Not, fancy, but very close to biking and walking trails with a lovely mountain view. The house itself was a bit worn, the paint needs to be cleaned up and the furniture was adequate but tired. The bed in the primary was very hard and squeaked with the slightest movement. The pillows were just awful. With a few upgrades, this house would be a big winner. The coffee maker worked well, the ice maker in the frig seemed broken and the little replacement worked very poorly. The kitchen was well equipped for the most part. The pool is very small and in the fenced front yard. Check was well communicated and very easy.

Rapid response to questions. Allowed delayed checkout as no one was checking in that day and our flight was delayed. We loved or vacation. Would suggest the cleaning company had scheduled cleaning for ie: dishwasher and items needing periodic servicing. It was obvious dishwasher drain strainer had never been cleaned. The washer was not cleaning until we cleaned strainer.

I bought slippers so I could walk on it.- [ ] Shower valves, all three showers were very hard to turn- [ ] Hot water, periodically there was no hot water in the kitchen- [ ] Ac, we had a problem, but manager sent a tech who resolved it- [ ] Sofa ripped dirty, we draped with beach towels, comfortable, and roomy- [ ] Clocks were not set when daylight savings happened before we checked in- [ ] Deferred maintenance, needs a nice new refreshing paint job inside, baseboards, and lots of wall scuffs noticed- [ ] Hangers - there weren’t any hangers, but we got immediate response from manager who provided an abundance- [ ] Hair in the shower- [ ] Icemaker - refrigerator built in didn’t work so external one provided. Was dirty, we bought our own ice.- [ ] Location very good neighborhood, back up to the beautiful mountains.- [ ] Close to a big community park- [ ] Large enough space for four of us. Comfortable.- [ ] Management very responsive to our issues- [ ] Backyard patio enjoyable for early morning yoga- [ ] Easy access to garage
