We’ve stayed in the lakes many times and this location was one of our favourites. Just outside of Keswick town so was lovely and peaceful and felt secluded but only a 10 min drive into the town. The property was nice and spacious for a family of four, the grounds of the property were really beautiful and well looked after. The host was very responsive.
The only thing that let this property down for us was the bed in the double room. It was so hard that I’ve come home with a bad back. There is a mattress topper but it makes 0 difference because it’s so firm. It wouldn’t be so bad if you were there a night or two but we were there for 5 nights.

Wonderful location. Easy to park. Beautiful views. Modern and clean. Nice to have a gas fire in the evenings.
