Duplex apartment situated on the seafront, in a beautiful building, facing the Atlantic Ocean, in Vila Nova de Gaia - Porto, in the north of Portugal. Situated on the first line of the sea, facing the beach of Salgueiros, it is the ideal place for holidays or short stay and also a beautiful place to live.
Great view of the ocean from both halls. Two spacious balconies on the beach, one more exposed and another more modest with magnificent sun exposure, where you can sunbathe and contemplate the magnificent sunset every day.
This 3 bedroom apartment sleeps 6 people and is set in a modern building by the sea. It has two large halls and a spacious kitchen. The lounges, with a view and exceptional light, are equipped with comfortable and modern sofas, has a 50-inch LCD TV, cable TV with 150 channels and free wireless Internet access of 100 Mb / s. The spacious kitchen is equipped with all the necessary kitchen equipment and utensils.
Of the 3 bedrooms, one is a suite, is equipped with "king size" bed and super comfortable mattress. Of the others, one is equipped with a queen size bed and the other with two single beds. It has 3 full bathrooms.
Conveniently equipped again with linen, towels, all utensils and equipment needed for 6 people.
Central Heating.
2 new bikes in aluminum, with integral suspension, of free use.

This condo is fantastic. The weather changed from all day rain to sun and clear skies. So this was the perfect place. We biked , swam and walked all along the boardwalk. Cafe and restaurants all

Exactly as described. Marcos was very helpful
And let us in early which helped us a lot as was pouring rain all day. The amenities were great,
Lots of Cooking supplies and glasses/plates etc. tons of wine glasses (our last Porto condo had NO wine glasses , if you can imagine ) the condo board is ruthless, we parked our bikes in the wrong spot and poor Marcos had phone calls and emails constantly until they were
Moved. Regardless our stay was 10 out of 10
We were 6 adults, 3 Couples and had all kinds of room

Marcos was an awesome host, he was responsive and helped us settle in. We arrived early and he made every effort to allow us to check in early and also left late and he was able to accommodate our needs. The apartment is beautiful with stunning views of the coast line. The upper level allowed us to see for miles and the lower level looked right onto the beach. The apartment was well equipped and we were very comfortable. We are definitley thinking about coming back

Mooi appartement met goede ligging aan het strand. Binnen 20 min in Porto-centrum met de auto. Goede voorzieningen in het appartement, genoeg ruimte voor 6 volwassenen.
