Luxury beachfront apartment in Praia de Lavadores. Located in a modern building facing the Atlantic Ocean in Vila Nova de Gaia - Porto Region - near the mouth of the Douro River. This 3-bedroom apartment accommodates 6 people and is brand new. It is located on the first line in front of Lavadores beach, the modern area on the coast of Vila Nova de Gaia. Ideal for holidays or short stays and also a great place to live. It has a spacious living room and kitchen, with 30 square meters of balconies facing the sea and surrounding the entire apartment, where you can relax, sunbathe and admire the beautiful sunset. The living room is equipped with comfortable and modern sofas, has a Home Cinema system, cable TV with more than 150 channels and free 500 Mb/s wireless internet access. The spacious kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances, equipment, and kitchen utensils. It also has a laundry room. All rooms in the apartment have a state-of-the-art air conditioning system, and the balconies are paved with IP decking. The 3 bedrooms are equipped with king-size beds and super comfortable mattresses to allow for deep and relaxing rest. One of the bedrooms is a suite with a full bathroom. The others are spacious double bedrooms, also featuring a full bathroom with a Jacuzzi and a WC. All rooms have a balcony facing the sea, and you can enjoy the magnificent view from each room. Individual garage (box) for 1 car. The apartment has a generous area of 160 square meters. Bath towels and fresh bed linen are provided.

Absolutely lovely space. view from every room. Well equipped for long stay in the Canidelo area. Walkable to Porto 8km, inexpensive bolt or uber. Loads of grocery stores and restaurants within 5km. Out of the city hustles, but in touching distance with miles of walkable ocean walks and views. 5Star accommodation that has a little wear and tear. stayed for 6 weeks and loved it….tourist restaurants and lots of Local fare. cafe de fonte away from ocean (800m) has a true local vibe and blue collar local welcome with regional foods.

We had an amazing time at this beautiful apartment. The place is spacious, spotless, and tastefully decorated – everything you need to feel right at home. The highlight, without a doubt, is the breathtaking sea view – it truly doesn't get better than this!The location is fantastic: peaceful, yet close to everything you need. Whether you want to relax or explore, it’s the perfect base.Our host was incredibly kind, welcoming, and communicative throughout our stay, which made everything so easy and enjoyable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would come back in a heartbeat. Highly recommended!

This place is beautiful and in the perfect spot to visit Porto and have time away from the maddening crowds. Check-in was easy and quick. Will, hopefully et to do this again
