About this apartment rental
Wonderful apartment with 3 bedrooms (1 suite), 2.5 bathrooms, and a lovely terrace.
Ideal for visiting Porto and enjoying some relaxing moments by the sea.
Quiet neighborhood with easy access and nearby public transportation.
The apartment is equipped with all the amenities for a pleasant stay at any time of year.
It has a flat-screen TV, wireless Internet, and air conditioning.
Shoe-free apartment: we ask guests to leave their shoes at the apartment entrance.
Washer and dryer.
We provide beach towels.
- Extra cleaning service can be arranged during your stay (cost: 70€ per stay). Children under 2 years of age can be accommodated in a crib (advance reservation required).
- There is a digital document containing detailed rules regarding the property, the link to which is posted in the apartment.
- All guests must present valid identification.
- A city tax applies to all guests staying at properties located in Vila Nova de Gaia.
- The climate in Portugal can be hot and humid at certain times of the year, which may encourage the presence of mosquitoes, ants, or other small insects. Although we use regular pest control services, we cannot guarantee that the occasional insect will not enter our home, nor can we offer refunds if this occurs. We do everything in our power to prevent this situation and ask our guests to cooperate by keeping doors closed, disposing of trash properly, and storing food responsibly.
- Unaccompanied minors are not permitted to stay.
- Subscribing to channels not included in the TV package will incur an additional charge for the corresponding service;
- If keys or the remote control are not returned, a fee of €100 will be charged for each item.
- If you leave the keys inside the house during your stay, an extra fee will be charged according to the following schedule: weekdays between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.: €50; other days/times: €100.
- We promote the sustainable use of resources: excessive consumption may result in additional charges;
- Amenities may only be used by registered guests;
- Cleaning services may be provided during your stay for an additional fee of 70€.
- Trash must be placed in the trash can;
- It is important to provide your check-in time at least 48 hours before arrival. If you do not arrive within 30 minutes, the host may leave, and a new appointment will be necessary, subject to availability.
- Check-in after 10:00 PM requires prior confirmation and incurs an extra charge of €25.
- Failure to check out by the scheduled time will result in a charge of €25 for each hour you are late.
- Treat the house as if it were your own. Leave everything as you found it.
