Luxury apartment situated on the seafront in Lavadores Beach. Located in a modern building, facing the Atlantic Ocean, in Vila Nova de Gaia - Oporto Region - near the mouth of the Douro River.
This 3 bedroom apartment sleeps 6 people and is strictly new. It is located on the first line beachfront scrubbers, modern area on the coast of Vila Nova de Gaia. Ideal for holidays or short stay and also a great place to live.
It has a large living room and kitchen, with 30 square meters of balconies facing the sea and surrounding the whole apartment, where you can relax, sunbathe and admire the beautiful sunsets. The room is equipped with comfortable and modern sofas, has a home cinema system ,, cable TV with over 100 channels and free internet access wireless 100 Mb / s. The spacious kitchen is equipped with all appliances, equipment and utensils needed. It also has a laundry room.
All rooms of the apartment have state of the art air conditioning system and the balconies are pavimentsdas with IP deck.
The 3 bedrooms are equipped with king size beds and super comfortable mattresses to allow a deep and relaxing sleep. One room is a suite with full bathroom. The others are a large double rooms, also featuring a full bathroom with Jacuzzi and a toilet. All rooms have a balcony facing the sea and you can enjoy the magnificent view from each room.
Individual garage (box) for two cars.

The highlight, without a doubt, is the breathtaking sea view – it truly doesn't get better than this!The location is fantastic: peaceful, yet close to everything you need. Whether you want to relax or explore, it’s the perfect base.Our host was incredibly kind, welcoming, and communicative throughout our stay, which made everything so easy and enjoyable. This place is beautiful and in the perfect spot to visit Porto and have time away from the maddening crowds. Check-in was easy and quick. Will, hopefully et to do this again

Great location. Secure parking. Gracious host who responded to every question and need we had and did so in a very timely manner. The apartment is located in a very safe and quiet neighborhood. Marcos was a fabulous host
