Luxury beachfront apartment with two bedrooms including a suite and a third bedroom with sofa bed.
This floor is located on Lavadores beach with a balcony facing the beach. Lavadores beach is well known in northern Portugal. It is known to have therapeutic powers due to the high iodine content.
This floor is fully equipped for two couples or for a couple with children, bed linen and towels are provided and WIFI internet is available in the house. Cable TV is also provided with more than 150 channels at your disposal.
Apartment with excellent location in front of the beach with 15 km of beach available for walking. Very quiet place but with several restaurants; cafes / terraces; pastries and various types of shops within walking distance.
City tax in Vila Nova de Gaia takes effect in December 2018. The city tax is instituted with a unit value of 1 euro, between 1 October to 31 March and 2 euros, from 1 April to 30 September, to be charged to guests aged 16 and over, and per night, up to a maximum of seven nights in a row.

Very clean and fully equipped apartment. We had a very pleasant stay. The apartment has a beautiful location directly at Lavadores beach and we enjoyed amazing sunsets at the balcony. Hugo was also a perfect host.

We, a family, stayed in this comfortable apartment for 10 nights over New Year. It was our first visit to Porto and we couldn't have been happier with our choice of lodging.
The apartment is gorgeously decorated and it feels like a home from home. The pictures looked great but in person, wow! The apartment is spectacular, super clean, modern and fancy. We really enjoyed out stay, linen, towels, kitchen stuff, all was provided.
The apartment location is very good, near by the beach and a short walk to restaurants and some local market in a laid back area. Even though we didn't cook like we thought we might do once or twice, it was great to have a clean, modern kitchen area for making breakfast and dinners. We appreciated the quietness in the building as well. We enjoyed our stay very much and would be happy to come back.
Regarding the owner, Hugo was fast acting answering all our doubts in a timely manner. But the best of all was be supported by his mother Mrs Isabel, a dedicated support person and also very kind.
Highly recommend it and Mrs Isabel was a great help with recommending restaurants etc too.
Our best recommendations! We will most surely return.
