Luxury beachfront apartment with two bedrooms including a suite and a third bedroom with sofa bed.
This floor is located on Lavadores beach with a balcony facing the beach. Lavadores beach is well known in northern Portugal. It is known to have therapeutic powers due to the high iodine content.
This floor is fully equipped for two couples or for a couple with children, bed linen and towels are provided and WIFI internet is available in the house. Cable TV is also provided with more than 150 channels at your disposal.
Apartment with excellent location in front of the beach with 15 km of beach available for walking. Very quiet place but with several restaurants; cafes / terraces; pastries and various types of shops within walking distance.
City tax in Vila Nova de Gaia takes effect in December 2018. The city tax is instituted with a unit value of 1 euro, between 1 October to 31 March and 2 euros, from 1 April to 30 September, to be charged to guests aged 16 and over, and per night, up to a maximum of seven nights in a row.

Very clean and fully equipped apartment. We had a very pleasant stay. The apartment has a beautiful location directly at Lavadores beach and we enjoyed amazing sunsets at the balcony. Hugo was also a perfect host.

Lovely spacious apartment with balcony views over the sea. Great location away from busy Porto but near enough to do the sites. Plenty of places to eat within walking distance along the beautiful coastline. Recommend Cremosi for ice cream, cake & crepes after watching the sunset on the beach! Excellent helpful host. Highly recommended
