The Beach House is a beautifully renovated coastal cottage in Sheringham, offering modern comfort, period charm, and an unbeatable location. Just a short walk from the beach, clifftop paths, independent shops, cafés, and the famous North Norfolk Railway, this self‑catering holiday home is perfect for families, couples, and walkers looking to explore the North Norfolk coast. With a bright open‑plan kitchen, enclosed garden, private parking, and space for two dogs, it's one of Sheringham's most appealing dog‑friendly holiday cottages. The fully enclosed patio garden is a safe, sunny spot for dogs and children. Enjoy outdoor dining, morning coffee, or a peaceful drink after exploring the North Norfolk coast.
Ground floor: Entrance hallway with door leading to: Open plan Kitchen/Dining room with dining table and a feature woodburner, fridge and freezer, range style oven with gas hob and electric oven, dishwasher, microwave with Patio doors: leading outside to patio and garden. Utility room: with washing machine, tumble dryer and additional fridge/freezer. Double doors leading into Lounge: with fireplace, Smart TV, bay window. Downstairs WC and washbasin.
First floor: Stairs leading to: Double bedroom: with a king size bed. Twin Bedroom: with 2 single beds. Family Bathroom: bath with shower over, WC and wash basin.
Please note: Amenities: Wifi. Off road parking for 1 car. Amenities: Bed linen and towels provided,. This property has an additional £20.00 per week applied to it to cover the rising utility charges. 2 x well-behaved dogs at £20.00 per pet per week (not allowed upstairs or in lounge). High Chair. Retractable stairgate at top of stairs. Location: beach 0.3 miles, local shops 0.3 miles.

We have just returned from another stay in this comfortable house. It’s perfect for us and our 2 dogs. A short walk from the high street and close enough to walk to the beach. Everything you need is provided in the kitchen if you are self catering. The lounge is very comfortable for the evening but we use the sofa in the kitchen if we’re in during the day as it’s a nice sunny area. The bathroom is adequate and the bedroom is very comfortable. We find plenty to do in this lovely part of North Norfolk with it’s beautiful coastline and several National Trust properties to visit close by. I’m sure we will be visiting again. Thank you.

The beach house is a good size for a holiday let, spacious rooms and well equipped. The house was clean apart from crockery and cutlery which all needed cleaning before use. We had a great stay everything we needed and close to both sea and town.

A very comfortable cottage 10 minutes walk from the high street and seafront in a nice quiet street with the bonus of parking on the driveway. This house suited us perfectly as we have 2 dogs the secure garden was a must. The house was nice and clean with plenty of space beautifully decorated. Much bigger than we expected the kitchen was well equipped and roomy. After the hot summer the weather changed quite suddenly when we arrived and we had to turn the heating on we did struggle with the Nest system to start with but eventually got the hang of it! We had a great nights sleep in the very comfortable bed in the main bedroom. All in all we had a great time we love the area and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay we have rebooked this cottage for next year!
