A super semi-detached house set in a quiet residential area, that is very handy for local amenities and the blue flag beach of Sheringham. This is a great holiday house, perfect for both families and friends to enjoy. It is light and bright and furnished in a fresh, modern style.Ground floor: Hallway with door to Kitchen: situated downstairs with electric oven and induction hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine and microwave. WC and wash basin. Door into Lounge/diner: with TV and DVD player and dining table with chairs, double doors opening onto patio area.
First floor: 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom. Family bathroom: with electric shower over bath, wash basin and WC.
Please note: Outside: enclosed patio to the side of the property. Amenities: WIFI. Bed linen provided, please bring own towels. High chair, travel cot (please bring own bedding) and stair gates are available, please request upon booking. 1 small dog welcome at £20.00 per week. Loved place to stay beach and town on doorstep one downside for us was size of double bed so l slept in twin room very cramped .Didn’t stop our great hol Amazing having parking not easy in sheringham would definitely stay again

This property is perfect for couples or families with younger children. It is dog friendly, comfortable, in a brilliant location and has parking ( a rarity in Sheringham). We parked up and didn’t use the car for a week choosing instead to walk everywhere. Fabulous walks along the coastal paths and, of course, the beach. A perfect Gem!

The location was brilliant, within easy walking distance of the sea, shops and restaurants. it is very quiet with off road parking. it was clean, immaculate and the bed in the double room was very comfortable, didn't try the single beds. We found some great eating places including The Bank (a Nepalese restaurant) and Dave's fish and chips take away. The Sheringham Shanty Men are worth listening to. They weren't doing a public performance the week we were there but they allow visitors to the practice session on a Thursday evening , a great opportunity. The kitchen was very well equipped but a downside was that there wasn't any washing up liquid which we didn't realise on our first night until after the shops were shut. The only other downside is that towels are not provided so we had to take wet towels home with us. I'm puzzled as to why towels aren't provided since bedding and tea towels are. But apart from that we couldn't fault it.
