It is comfortable, cosy and just yards from the sea front and town centre. The property has a delightful enclosed garden with seating area at the front and the all-important off-road parking for one car.Ground floor: Front door leading into: Lounge; with two sofas, feature fireplace and TV. Door into inner hallway with door to Dining room: with dining table and four chairs and dresser, steps leading into the Kitchen: with electric cooker, fridge with freezer compartment, washing machine and microwave.
First floor: Stairs leading to landing with doors to Double bedroom: with double bed, bedside draws and feature fireplace. Double bedroom: with double bed and bedside cabinets. Single bedroom: with single bed and bedside table. Family bathroom: separate shower cubicle, bath, WC and wash basin.
