No breakfast provided as was self catering basis.
Very quiet street, no noise from adjoining property.
Pleasant little courtyard area with decking, table and chairs and a few shrubs.
Property very warm and comfortable. Well equipped modern kitchen. Up to date bathroom lovely high quality towels. Beds very comfortable with high quality pillows and duvets. Tastefully furnished with seaside themed pictures and ornaments. 3 tvs. Easy to park on frontage.
Staircase to first floor was a little difficult as quite steep and narrow (I realise that cannot be changed) so might be a problem for some visitors.

The property was immaculate. A homely vibe. Every possible need was catered for. A lovely quiet street. Close to shops and the seafront. Very relaxing and stress free break in beautiful surroundings. Kind and thoughtful hosts.
