Beautifully presented, comfortable and handy accommodation

Very comfortable, cost and clean accommodation. Perfectly placed to walk into town or pop to Tesco. The house had everything we needed in terms of kitchen equipment and entertainment. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom very luxurious. The patio was lovely to sit out in with a cuppa!

Truly beautiful house, lovely location and we will be visiting again!!

This beautifully decorated property was less than a 5mins walk from the train station and just a few more moments from the town centre. The hosts thought of everything, milk on arrival, hairdryer in the room and games in the cupboard for rainy days. The property was spotless, warm and very very comfortable!

Amazing stay, would definitely book again

Keys collected from lock box, the owners were in touch to let us know a time and the code and even sent a little picture to show us where the box was. Also details on the best way to drive to the property to park. Amazing property very well equipped, beds ultra comfortable and a beautiful Christmas tree to welcome us. 10 out of 10 for us.

One of the best properties we have stayed at. They had thought of everything - I honestly can’t think of anything that could be improved. Clean, well furnished and comfortable. only sad we weren’t there for longer.

Everything! The Annexe was finished to the highest standard, it was wonderful. The area is close to shops and restaurants but is very quiet. We were allowed into the property a little early, as our journey was quicker than we had anticipated. Would definitely recommend, and we will hopefully return soon.

Everything! A perfect quiet retreat. Beautifully furnished. Lots of little extras, even included milk in the fridge. Very much appreciated. Parking directly outside and very short walk into town.

The house was beautifully decorated and equipped. Everything you could possibly need. We loved the open fire and the bathroom was luxurious with a fabulous shower. Attention to detail and comfort. We will definitely go again.

We couldn't find egg cups and I would have preferred bigger bath towels. The only two negatives amongst many positives. It was exceptional.

Very comfortable, modern, clean apartment. Comfortable stay - but absent hosts.

Everything in the accommodation. The apartment had everything anyone could need or ask for. It was very clean and modern with good quality facilities. We found it very comfortable and would recommend.

The only complaint that I have is that we did not meet the hosts from the time we arrived until the time we left. I found this rather unwelcoming. A brief visit at the door (if nervous of Covid) to ask if all was well would have made all the difference. I like to know who I am dealing with and I would have thought that the hosts would want to see who was staying in his accommodation too.

Everything is fabulous! lovely comfortable stylish house , great beds & bedding, wonderful bathroom & kitchen, very clean , also private outside space , located on a quiet road but convenient shortwalking distance to seafront & shops , loved The Annexe , perfect !

The Annexe is beautifully decorated and well equipped. It's located only a short walk from the centre of Sheringham, in a lovely, quiet road. We had a great time in Norfolk and would have loved to stay for longer.
