Our stay was most enjoyable.

I liked that it was so close to the Armada Hotel as we were attending a wedding there.

I didn’t like that there were no staple foods left in house I.e salt & pepper, tea bags or milk.

Grand for a short stay - don’t expect comfort or luxury.

Location is great in terms of Armada Hotel or the beaches.

It was a pretty wet weekend when we stayed. The house seemed very damp. Damp beds and very uncomfortable beds. Everything is dated in the house / furniture, equipment, towels etc. For the money charged, it’s very basic.

Great location. Clean, but basic accommodation.

Good location and clean.

Bed linen, towels and appliances need a refresh. Cot provided was old and rickety. Interior decor could be more homely. There was no frying pan. Toaster broke and dryer couldn’t be used. Host responded quickly with new toaster and got dryer back up and running and provided instructions on how to use.

Perfect few days.

We were attending a wedding at the Armada Hotel so the location was perfect. The house was warm, comfortable, well stocked with everything we needed.

Well equipped cottage. Lovely location. Staff very friendly.

Decor dated, but that did not take away from our enjoyment. The facilities need to be updated on the booking.com site. Pool location details are vague. There is a smart TV on Site.

Nice house in great location but a few small additional features would really enhance the stay.

Stunning location, three minutes walk to Spanish Point beach and 1 minute walk to Armada hotel. Near Miltown Malbay and some nice walking loops.

Lack of basic equipment that you would expect in any holiday rental. For example, kitchen scissors, sharp knives, some serving bowls , hairdryer, more hangers, even perhaps some books that people left behind and a decent size tv ...the tv more like a PC screen and no wifi????

Its a beautiful part of the country but accommadation was Very poor for 840 for 2 nights.

What Breakfast, ??????? The location was good, the accommadation was clean. The towels were clean. The Kitchen was nice , well stocked with delph etc.

Pity there was no essentials, ie salt pepper sugar , soap, There wasnt enough hot water for 6 people ,and we had no idea how to use the heating or the hot water booster. There was only seating for 5 in the sitting room, The bed clothes were very worn and really not fresh , so not a pleasant experience for any of us considering the extortionate price. we were charged for 6. E840 euro for 2 nights. There is no point putting new curtains up, and fresh bathroom tiles , when the shower and bathrooms and furniture through out was at least 40yrs old . I feel ripped off, I wouldnt recommend it to anyone.

Spanish point wedding

Perfect location overlooking the Atlantic ocean, we attended my cousins wedding at the Armada Hotel, cottage was nice & cozy! Our first visit to County Clare, Spanish point is beautiful

Exceptional

Location was good to walk to the beach and local pub

Only problem was there were only 3 forks and there was 4 of us staying. The accommodation sleeps 6 so there should have been 6 at least. One of the lights wasnt working( in the dining area I believe) we would have stayed 2 nights but it was a bit too expensive.

Pleasant

The house was spotlessly clean, and nice to have to option to use the pool.

Really dated, it was like stepping back into the 80s, mustard & beige bathroom suites and MDF furniture. No WiFi, 1 tiny little TV and uncomfortable couches.
