Wonderful cosy stay!

Spacious house, quiet area, 2 minute walk to town. Only a 5 minute drive to Spanish Point. Mary left us everything we needed from towels, milk teas coffees etc. The heating was put on before we arrived and Mary kept in touch all the way incase we needed anything! Highly recommend!

Stunning Property

Fantastic property. Extremely clean and tidy on arrival. Helpful owner. We didn't realise just how large the property was. The cupboards were well stocked on arrival, beds were freshly made, ample bathroom supplies provided. Honestly, if you are looking for a place to stay in Ireland, I cannot recommend this property enough. Thank you!

Great house with a lot of space for a family and very nice garden to enjoy. Very near to supermarket.

Stunning house!!

Just back from a 2 night stay in this exceptional home. It was spotless and equipped with everything (even had and airfryer and coffee machine) The pictures don't do this house justice.The host Mary text us the evening we arrived to make sure everything was okay for us and told us where there was spare towels (we didnt need to use as there was plenty left in our rooms for us) she even had buns and milk left in the fridge for us. Not a thing out of place. Location is perfect and only a short walk from the local town. Wifi was really good and the tv even had netflix. We can't wait to return again soon. Thanks so much for having us ❤️

Excellent stay again. Lovely spacious house just 5 minutes walk from Milton Malbay. 4 bedroom. Everything you need such as microwave, toaster, oven, dishwwasher, washing machine etc. Mary Lovely to deal with. Will definitely be returning.

The location was excellent, within walking distance of the town and a good base to tour Clare. House was plenty big with lots of space and everything was handy. extra towels were left for the beach.

It was an beautiful house with great views and close proximity to some fabulous view points. Fully equipped kitchen with supplies from milk, oil, spices, cleaning supplies etc.

The property has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Being close to a supermarket and shops was very convenient. A very walkable town and a close drive to all the sights. Mary was the most gracious host.

A fabulous getaway, stress free and with all the bells and whistles - you won’t find better!

Mary, the host, was fantastic from start to finish. The booking was seamless with none of the usual caveats which almost make you nervous before putting a foot inside the door. Everything was exactly as advertised. The property was exactly as it said on the tin : Spacious, spotless, bright and airy. It has everything from a toaster to an air fryer. The beds are so comfortable and everything works. It has all the channels, Disney and Netflix included. Mary even left milk and the essential condiments plus Kit Kats in the fridge. There was even fuel for the great little stove which added a lovely, atmospheric touch. It is in an ideal location and within walking distance of restaurants and local pubs. Supervalue is literally across the road for all your essentials including tipples and snacks. The cliffs of Moher and other national treasures are within 20 mins drive time. The beach is a 5 minute drive away. The kids had a ball and even though it was February the sun shone while they chased each other on the sand. Great breakfasts are available in the local cafes, the Armada hotel’s menu looked fab but it was booked out so I’d say prebook to avoid disappointment. All in all it’s a fantastic spot and you will not be disappointed.

The only thing I didn’t like was that was that we couldn’t stay longer!

Great location, amenities, and hosting!

The property was nice and spacious with all of the amenities you typically have in your home. Hand soap, toilet paper, towels, and linens were all provided. There were games and books for entertainment. Mary was a very wonderful host who accommodated our need for a crib for our 6 month old and was easily contacted if we needed anything else. The house is a walk away from a SuperValu Supermarket and just outside the lovely town of Miltown Malbay. The house is a short drive to the beach and the beautiful Spanish Point. It is also close by to some of Ireland’s most famous attractions such as the Cliffs of Moher and The Burren National Park. I cannot say enough good things about our stay and definitely would book again if we are to be in the area!

Great location as a base for exploration and very spacious, fairly good facilities but could be improved, overall good stay

Heating and hot water system, not enough hot water and heating , neither were adjustable when required , some radiators didn’t work , and no sink plug available for kitchen sink , to wash up by hand as dishwasher wasn’t working during stay.

Enjoyable and easy stay

Location was great just a few mins walk into the town. Big SuperValu there too for any necessities. Mary was easy to deal with and everything that you could need was at the property. Would be perfect to bring family to.

Comfortable, peaceful and very well equipped

There was lots of space and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped and had child-lock options on the knife drawer and cleaning supplies cupboard. Beautiful, quiet setting, even on a misty day. Walking distance to the SuperValu, which was very convenient for us.

Some of the repairs listed in previous reviews have not yet been carried out.

Great for a friends catch up

Great location to visit Lahinch and Spanish Point but like most places you’ll need a car or a bike at least. So much space and super comfy beds and couches along with a great smart tv. Short walk to local shop + pubs along with a novel milk vending machine up the road. Host very facilitating with baby bedding and local tips.

Needs a little bit of love to get it back up to top notch (broken bathroom door latch in main bedroom). Heating was locked up for the season too and got a small bit cold. Lit the fire but not much heat off it as Door doesn’t close properly. We were staying as a with toddlers. It’s on a busy enough road too with the garden not closed off. Wouldn’t have had an issue if it was just a group of friends - maybe not ideal for young kids.

The shower situation needs improvement, upstairs was broken so one had to hold the wand while showering. The amount of hot water was pretty limited.

Schöner Kurzaufenthalt . Bei stürmischem Wetter war der Kamin eine Wohltat.

Sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Tagestouren. Guter Vorrat in den Schränken und genügend Heizmaterial für den Kamin.

Leider keine Teekanne und nur wenig Geschirr vorhanden. Duschen funktionieren nur bedingt. Tisch hat nur Platz für 6 Personen.
