Should be called “Horrible H Juan hostel

Absolutely horrible hostel didn’t have a wink of sleep with Spanish yes Spanish occupants not giving a flyers F to not be loud early hours of the morning one woman on her phone on loud speaker at 12.45am I had to shout shut up in English then at 2.40am another couple come shouting I banged my wall they in turn kicked the wall back with their shoes against the wall so hard and 3 times that I felt frightened then the boyfriend was vomiting so loudly followed by a sex session really loud … nice Steer clear full of cockroaches

Very uncomfortable and tired due to lack of sleep

The property was in a good location and the manager was friendly on arrival

The room was not clean, all windows were internal and there was no fridge as advertised. There was no hot water to shower. The bed was very uncomfortable, constantly creaking and the mattress was very old and thin. Also only had one very small pillow. Thank goodness we only stayed for one night

An amazing comfortable place right in the center of town, close to restaurants, shops and the beach. The staff is extremely friendly, too. A great value for money.

Disappointing

The room smelled awfully, as if the was a cat's toilet there. It's pretty hot inside, so the smell was unbearable. You have to use the air conditioner, but it's pretty loud and makes it hard to sleep well at night. The room is also tiny.

Not the ground floor room advertised. 2 floors up a fire escape no lift for luggage. Two tiny children's beds and a noisy fan. Felt like a prison. I escaped at 7am after little sleep.

Horrible stay

Lady that welcomed us in the first night, was friendly. The hostel is not far away from the beach.

Hairs on the bed that were not from us. Yellow stings on the towels, they didn't look washed. Cockroaches both dead (squished in the doorstep) and alive. Strong smell of fungus. Air conditioner was broke and made loud noise right next to the bed, we couldn't sleep and had to turn the AC back on every 15 minutes. We left the hostel 2 days earlier as we couldn't stand staying there anymore. The host promised to give us back the money for the last night but didn't. Doesn't reply to texts anymore.

The hostel is really close to the city centre and also to the beach. It is a small room but really nice, very clean and nicely decorated. The staff is super kind!
