The place was inexpensive and very close to the "old city" and the beach. They have a rooftop terrace, wifi and air conditioing. And - I booked one of the cheapest hotels on Booking. It was much better than I had expected.
It is difficult to approach with a car as you can't drive directly in front of the unit. I parked at a municipal lot a few blocks away. They have signs stating "free coffee" but to get that coffee you need to take a walk to a different building which I was unable to find and just gave up.

Location was excellent, communication through WhatsApp was excellent, easy access once we discovered the keypad wasnt a doorbell camera, the room was very clean and basic, all we wanted was a place for a sleep and it did the job perfectly. There are two buildings one across from the other, one has safety deposit boxes in it.
A sign over the digital keypad which is blacked out when on standby would have been a great help.
Unsure which block we were supposed to go to as we didnt see any signs indicating which one was which unless we missed it somehow.

The location was as central as it could be, the breakfast was perfect in every sense of the word, and the room was decent. It was relatively easy to get to the room following the instructions.
For some reason there wasn’t any hot water, so showering was a little tough. Finding the parking took a bit more time than expected.

Good location, friendly staff (although online only), decent condition rooms. Allows direct walk to the beach in one direction and to the old town and the other direction. Value was decent given location and time of year.
Some repairs needed (mostly bathroom), bad smell in one of the rooms, horrible wifi, multiple steps needed to get in (code to enter the building, then different code to get the key of the room) which got confusing since we had 2 rooms in 2 different buildings (and it was not clear which building was which / which room was in which building)
