The location was perfect for a low key break away for us as a couple with our dog. Betty was an exceptional host and couldnt do enough for us. She had the house exceptionally clean, very comfortable and stocked. She even lit the fire so it was cosy and warm for our arrival which was such a nice touch. We had some lovely chats with her and really appreciate her help. We also went for lovely long walks in this beautiful quiet area. We had a wonderful week holiday away.
People need to come prepared with additional coins for the electricity meter & cash for the heating oil. We saw the notice upon arrival about both. I dont think this was advertised in advance.

Was too cold and even with the fire going it was hard to keep warm
