Huge room. Manager Kai and other staff was very very very accommodating and above all, it is near to the heart of Hanoi. Walking distance to Pho 10, Banh My Mama, St Joseph Cathedral, the Lake and Hanoi Train St and etc.

Paid for a better front alley- facing room, quieter, firmer bed and good night-sleep!
Bathtub has no shower screen to separate & keep the rest of the bathroom /toilet dry, but not a big problem.

Really liked the location of the hotel and great service
The WiFi was intermittent, the room had lots of dust and no natural light, the towels were wet when I arrived and the room was small
