    Bed lovely and soft,room not too bad,could do with a make over,very hot water,little bit messy on entry as it is motorbike shop,bikes and tools everywhere,not so bad,great location

    Ok, let start with the good, great location Kiem lake is only a 5 minute walk, Old Quarters, Train Street, Prison museum and a lot of others within a 10 to 15 minute walk. Plenty of bars, cafes, Spas just outside your door. NOW for the bad bits, ignore the main entrance photo, its now a motorbike place, and the reception area often looks like a garage. My room description stated flat screen TV, was not in room, not that it mattered to me but should be removed from description, they should also remove the entrance photo as very misleading. The room I was in needs repainting, very grubby indeed. They also need to supply some mugs/cups, whats the point of having the electric kettle otherwise very noisy at night from inside the hotel, I've got a suspicion theycarry out bike repairs as the noise aleays seemed to come from reception area. Woken at 3am one morning withloud banging. The reception staff were pleasant. If can overlook all that then its an average budget hotel.
