This superb, detached cottage, 12 miles from Brampton in Cumbria, sleeps ten people in five bedrooms.
New House is a wonderful, detached cottage set in an elevated position, with spectacular far-reaching views, 12 miles from Brampton in Cumbria. With five bedrooms, two with en-suites, the property can sleep ten people. There's also a family bathroom, a ground floor cloakroom and a large open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with multi-fuel stove. Alongside this is a separate sitting room with a woodburner, a study and a dining room with an open fire. Outside, the cottage sits amongst large, well-kept gardens with a patio and furniture, along with ample off road parking plus lockable bike storage. New House is a superb choice for family groups seeking a long-awaited gathering in a beautiful area.

Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for fires inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. 1 x cot and 1 x highchair on available . Ample off road parking. Lockable bike storage. Secure dog kennel. New house is a substantial property with magnificent views of the countryside. Ideal for those that want to be away from suburbia. Comfortable but with masses of space to spread out too. We were lucky with clear sky nights, star gazing and listening to the owls hooting. We would return in a heartbeat.
