About this house rental
Farm House Cottage is a two bedroom, one bathroom cottage that brings the country to the heart of historic Eureka Springs, Arkansas. The main bedroom has a queen size bed. The second room is dual purpose, containing a custom made queen size Murphy bed that folds up into the wall when not in use. This room contains French doors that open to a quaint side patio for outdoor sitting, games or street watching. Living room has a full size pull out couch with a 39 inch TV with cable and a blue ray player. This cozy cottage offers a full size kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, pots and pans, etc. The bathroom contains a jacuzzi tub and shower. Keep in mind this is a historic home with a unique layout. The second bedroom does not have a door and you have to walk through that room to get to the kitchen and bathroom. Farm House Cottage is located on White Street serving you with shops, art and many restaurants within walking distance. Downtown Eureka Springs is just a short 5 minute walk where you will find more then 100 shops and some of the most interesting buildings around. Street parking only at this location.

This cottage was great for a girls' weekend in Eureka. It is clean, comfortable, and cozy. We loved the location. We were within walking distance of all the shopping, the ghost tour at the Crescent, the spa at Basin Park, and, of course, super close to Ermilio's! It does only have street parking, but we didn't have any trouble parking right by the cottage and we never moved the vehicle once we parked it.

Had a great stay for two nights. Great location for a quick walk into town with access to nearby restaurants, shops etc.
The house is nice, clean and comfortable and stocked with everything you need for a stay.
The owners were very accommodating and responsive to communication. We would not hesitate to stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at the Farm House Cottage while being in town for the Eureka Springs Jeep Jam. This house is a great location. My husband was able to kick back and relax while my daughter and I could make the walk to shop and see the sites. The beds were super comfy and definitely recommend!

The heater was not working properly we think. We could not get it to keep the house at 70. We also had another issue that we contacted the home owner owner about. He said he would take care of the problem, but our stay was over, and that didn't help us. Hopefully it will make things more pleasant for those staying in the future. We loved the house. It is adorable. And yes, I would stay there again.
