About this house rental

Farm House Cottage is a two bedroom, one bathroom cottage that brings the country to the heart of historic Eureka Springs, Arkansas. The main bedroom has a queen size bed. The second room is dual purpose, containing a custom made queen size Murphy bed that folds up into the wall when not in use. This room contains French doors that open to a quaint side patio for outdoor sitting, games or street watching. Living room has a full size pull out couch with a 39 inch TV with cable and a blue ray player. This cozy cottage offers a full size kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, pots and pans, etc. The bathroom contains a jacuzzi tub and shower. Keep in mind this is a historic home with a unique layout. The second bedroom does not have a door and you have to walk through that room to get to the kitchen and bathroom. Farm House Cottage is located on White Street serving you with shops, art and many restaurants within walking distance. Downtown Eureka Springs is just a short 5 minute walk where you will find more then 100 shops and some of the most interesting buildings around. Street parking only at this location.

This cottage was great for a girls' weekend in Eureka. It is clean, comfortable, and cozy. We loved the location. We were within walking distance of all the shopping, the ghost tour at the Crescent, the spa at Basin Park, and, of course, super close to Ermilio's! It does only have street parking, but we didn't have any trouble parking right by the cottage and we never moved the vehicle once we parked it.

Had a great stay for two nights. Great location for a quick walk into town with access to nearby restaurants, shops etc. The house is nice, clean and comfortable and stocked with everything you need for a stay. The owners were very accommodating and responsive to communication. We would not hesitate to stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at the Farm House Cottage while being in town for the Eureka Springs Jeep Jam. This house is a great location. My husband was able to kick back and relax while my daughter and I could make the walk to shop and see the sites. The beds were super comfy and definitely recommend!

You won’t be disappointed in this house…reminded me of how we grew up. Location to historic district was perfect which is what we wanted. This charming little home was so comfortable and inviting. The cookies awaiting our arrival were a great touch! The mattresses were so comfortable, coming from a very light sleeper. It was about a 10 minute somewhat hilly walk to the main streets which was perfect because parking can be a real issue downtown. I’d highly recommend this charming property if looking to stay near downtown Eureka Springs! Thank you for a wonderful stay :)

There were 4 of us gal pals who wanted a place to stay for our short time in Eureka Springs. I would recommend the Farm Cottage for 2 people but not so much 4 people. It's a very small space and so the 4 of us were a bit crowded together. It was my mistake that I didn't read that it has only 1 bathroom. The second bedroom is actually a Murphy bed and is quite cramped. All of that said, the listing was probably accurate and I simply didn't read well enough. It was very clean and the cottage is quite cute - for 2 people. Thank you for the VERY yummy cookies!! What a "sweet" touch! The location was good. Street parking is always a challenge but we figured it out. I would stay there again, but with just my husband. Thank you Amanda and Victor.

The Farm House made for a perfect girls weekend spot!!! The trolley stop is literally across the street and even walking to the shops is close (but the walk home up the steep hill makes me thankful for the trolley!) Clean and cute with comfy beds! The house was very clean and well appointed. We didn’t cook anything, so I can’t speak to that, but we had everything we needed. The location is excellent for walking to everything, but the parking situation is a bit tricky. The neighbors let us park in their driveway. Not sure what we would have done otherwise because there really isn’t a place to park on the street beside the house. Ermilio’s is a 1 minute walk, which is fantastic. Oh yeah, like everyone else said, the cookies were amazing!

The kids absolutely loved the fresh Chocolate chip Cookies as soon as we arrived. It was the prefect distance to the shops and restaurants. The Cottage is very cute inside and we enjoyed having g the pull out bed for the babies and being able to have our own room as well close to them. We come every year to the Christmas parade from Oklahoma we will definitely be back.

Very nicely decorated house, clean and comfy. Wonderful bedding and soft plush towels. Had fresh cookies for arrival that kids ate immediately. Plenty of room and great location walking distance to Oscar's Cafe and Ermilio's Italian. Can even walk to downtown for shopping and such, although big hill for way back. I would definitely recommend this house for staying in Eureka Springs.

Wow! I can't say enough about this wonderful cottage/farmhouse. I went for a girls weekend with my mother, sister and niece and this was the perfect little getaway location. The farmhouse itself is fantastic. Impeccably clean and supplied with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and we all slept great. I loved the feel and decor. It is very welcoming and relaxing. The location couldn't have been better. It was away from the hustle and bustle, but close enough that we could quickly walk down to the shops. When we were ready for some quiet and calm we could head right back up to the farmhouse and enjoy the view and sounds of birds. There are two excellent restaurants within a 1 minute walk from the house, Oscars and Ermillio's. I hated to leave this wonderful place and can't wait to return. Wish I lived there!

This was the perfect weekend home for us. We loved the attention to detail and the location of the property. The yummy homemade cookies were a plus and gobbled up in no time! The heater was not working properly we think. We could not get it to keep the house at 70. We also had another issue that we contacted the home owner owner about. He said he would take care of the problem, but our stay was over, and that didn't help us. Hopefully it will make things more pleasant for those staying in the future. We loved the house. It is adorable. And yes, I would stay there again.

We were in Eureka Springs for a girls weekend, and wanted a place away from the busy Main Street area but close enough to walk. This is the perfect location, and the cottage was beyond charming - from the decor to the cookies waiting for us upon arrival. The trolley stop is very close and a convenient means to many locations in and around Eureka Springs. I would highly recommend using the trolley - the downtown area can be very congested and difficult to get through in a car. There are also some pretty steep hills if you choose to walk so wear comfortable shoes. The cottage had a nice coffee bar, super comfortable beds and had me feeling very nostalgic about my childhood farmhouse. Great attention to detail in every room, just a very lovely place to stay. I would definitely choose this location again.

We love visiting Eureka, and this May be our favorite rental yet. The location was great, within walking distance to all the restaurants and shops. It is in a nice quiet neighborhood.
