Beautiful lodge bad customer service

The room was okay. I was trying to upgrade to the jacuzzi suite, I had contacted the hosts prior and they said to ask when checking in. So I asked the lady checking us in. She didn't even want to hear me out, just this is the room we have for you and handed me the keys abd didn't tell me anything else aboutthe lodge. The hot tub wasn't usable or no one was using it. The room we did get was nice, just disappointing we couldn't get the jacuzzi room.

The rooms here are very nice. They had a Roku TV so we could watch Youtube. Staff is very nice. We stayed here last time we were in town and will in the future.

For the low off-season price, it was a fine place to rest our heads for one night.

Bed was comfortable and it was relatively clean. Nice sitting area outside the room, facing into a wooded ravine.

the lighting in the room was terrible - one lamp kept going on and off and I had to spend about 20 minutes getting the TV to work. I would have been very disappointed if the price was not so low.

This was our 2nd stay here. Very good value. Rooms are updated and a nice cabin feeling. Really like wood floors.

Outside it seems a little dark. Sign was not lit, so it’s easy to miss the turn. Roku has been a problem both stays.

This was our second stay at Lookout Lodge. The rooms are cozy, nicely decorated, and clean. The beds Are comfortable. Staff is friendly. We feel like the rooms are very overpriced for there not really being any amenities. However, if that’s not important to you then it’s definitely a nice place to stay. A little far from downtown but still close to many restaurants. There is a trolley stop right in front of the hotel which we did utilize this trip.

There was never anyone in the office, and we had to call several times to get checked in and fresh supplies. The room was pretty damp and was missing a couple lightbulbs.

The decor was great. Not the usual bland motel look. Location was great as well. Staff were very friendly.

Best getaway!

Brenna and her sister in law were some of the best people I've ever met. We had to leave early for an emergency and she invited us to come back! This was seriously the best stay I could have ever asked for on my BIRTHDAY which happened to be the 4th of july!!

Great Hotel

I love staying in this hotel, friendly manager, and always a comfortable stay. My room had a couple of issues with cleanliness, but sometimes housekeeping just has off days, no big deal!!! We will be back! Thank you for a comfortable stay 🙏

For a non smoker and one who enjoys being outdoors; didn’t get to enjoy the cover area in front due to smokers. It is nonsmoking in rooms but I guess this is the smoke hole.
