It was very easy to go straight to the room with a key code, bypassing the check-in process and straight to vacation mode. The location was great too as everything we did was just a couple miles away.
The only drawback for me being in my 60s was the lighting. I had to pull out a small flashlight at times because of low light by the bed and coffee maker. You could open the blinds to help during the day, but then everyone could see in.
