Location is great. Outdoor area is great. Has a firepit and a fireplace. Great place to hang out and have some drinks. Son loved the pool.
Tub wasn't as clean as it could be. AC unit leaked water into the floor flooding the corner. Simple towel under cured this problem. Outdoor TV didn't work.

Large room, The beds were quite comfy…shower had good water pressure. Refrigerator and microwave in room a nice plus. Able to park right outside room, easy access to room.
The body wash and shampoo dispensers in shower were empty. Although not far from downtown Eureka Springs, it wasn’t walkable to town, needed to drive and find a parking spot. Outside lights stayed on all night.
