Downtown Eureka Springs Vacation Cottage

This is the sweetest little place ever. We enjoyed our stay and there was plenty of room and the house itself was just delightful. Wonderful host and I'm sure we'll be back!

Location was great. Close enough to town to walk, but far enough to feel like you had room to breathe. Spacious parking and great yard to sit out and watch traffic go by. House is much older and could use a good cleaning. The description of bedrooms could be listed better. While all sleeping quarters are upstairs, I was under the impression it was two separate bedrooms, but you actually get one bedroom with master bath, including shower and jacuzzi tub. The other bed and day bed are in open loft area, also upstairs, so if you aren't traveling with family, this could be a bit awkward as there isn't much privacy for anyone sleeping in these beds. The other bathroom is downstairs off the kitchen and it has a toilet and jacuzzi tub. The master bed has an excellent mattress and my husband and I slept like babies--it was so comfy!We enjoyed our stay and had great communication with host, check in and out was smooth. Would book again.

Neat old house away from hustle and bustle. Great porch sitting at night. Plenty of beds for our party of 5.

The property was in a fantastic location, about a 5 minute drive to anywhere downtown. It was very pet-friendly. The heating system is a mini-split on each level of the house so it does not provide adequate heat to the entire home.The property was extremely unclean especially the walls, toilet, bathtub, and floors. We did clean the toilet and tub in order to use them. There was not any laundry detergent for the washer that would have been helpful for washing the towels used to clean the property. This place definitely has potential but needs a major deep clean.
