It was very clean and well stocked with linens. It was a short drive into town.
The smell of mold really hit you when you walked in and stayed the whole time even with candles and spraying febreze all over. We couldn’t get cable tv and when we called they said they would send someone over but they never did.

It was clean and comfortable. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen great and bathroom very nice. So nice to have designated parking. We enjoyed our stay
The site assured us a hair dryer would be there. We ended up purchasing one as there was not one at the property. We had to resent the internet as we had none. A quick restart of the router fixed the problem.

Close to town
Had to spray for ants on counter by the kitchen sink, need to sweep behind the couch, and corners for spider webs. The plastic shower curtain needs to be replaced. The couch and pillows needs to be replaced. It’s stained but the type of material also feels wet.

It seemed likeva perfect place to stay with my family to enjoy a day in Eureka Springs.
My experience was soured from the point of getting into the property. It was well after the 4pm check in point. My daughter called to get the code for check in. I did not receive an email or text with the code until long after that call.
To make matters worse, I paid a $90 + cleaning fee. At 1st glance I thought it was relatively clean. Wnen my family sat on the couch, they found some encrusted spots on the throw pillows. Then when we go to bed, many of the blankets smelled of wer dog and the bedding had long dog hairs in it. To me this unacceptable at a regular hotel that cleaning fees are part of the upfront hotel bill. To charge for cleaning as a separate charge the property should be emaculate for a $90+.
I feel that at the very least I should be reimbursed the cleaning charges.

The location was convenient. It took 12 minutes to walk into the heart of town at a leisurely walking pace. I had my children with me and they didn’t mind the walk. The interior was the perfect size for a small family of 4 and had room to sleep another guest on the living room couch. The kitchen had everything necessary to cook. The bathroom was well- stocked with towels. There was enough soap and shampoo/body wash for 2 nights.
The outside of the property was not well kept. Raking dead leaves and cleaning webs off the front porch would be nice. Parking space was very small. A large SUV or large truck will not fit. We had mid-sized SUV and had to let the kids out of one side because the other door would have to be opened against the brick wall. Unloading the vehicle from the rear puts you standing at the edge of the busy street immediately behind you. The inside of the home was clean enough but definitely not impressive clean. The rug needed vacuuming and the floor needed sweeping. Oh. The ceiling leaked water onto the master bed. The ceiling appeared to have been repaired previously but…it leaked again. I’m trying to be nice. I honestly would choose to stay somewhere else next time.

The pink house was clean and well maintained. parking was very tight and would not recommend a truck. Walking distance to downtown but it is a haul.
