We loved everything about this property and were absolutely delighted with Eureka Springs!

This property is well designed, well laid out and immaculate! All appliances and TVs were top notch and the beds are comfortable. It is a perfect location - just far enough from the main activity to be quiet and yet close enough to walk to everything! We never drove our car while we were there. The outdoor spaces are nice too. I enjoyed sitting outside reading my book and drinking my coffee on the balcony and bird watching! There is also a trolley stop right out front! We had plenty of clean towels, toilet paper, coffee etc! We give it a 10/10 and will definitely be back!

Great place for 4

The style and comfort was great! It would be perfect for 2 couples or family of 4. We had 5 in our group, and 1 had to sleep on the couch. The beds were comfortable. There were 4 robes hanging in the bedrooms. The kitchen was small but had everything we needed to cook breakfast and snack. The building has a ton of character blended with modern conveniences. We entered from the ground floor and did not need stairs to access our apartment. All of the other units in the building either had to walk up or down stairs. We had stairs to access any of the (shared) firepits/hot tubs/laundry room, but it was really nice to have these facilities. The apartment is right on the trolley line, which was SUPER CONVENIENT! You can watch where the trolleys are in real time and not have to wait outside for very long.

There is only 2 king beds, despite that the listing says 4 beds. We told the owner twice (once when we arrived and again when they asked for a review) and they said they would correct the listing. It’s been 2 weeks and it has not been corrected. There were only 4 chairs at the table (not a big deal). It really would be a great place for a group of 4 to stay. There wasn’t a ton of storage for our things (I told the owner that hooks or shelves would be very helpful and there are perfect “alcoves” in both bedrooms and the hallway to add these) There are 2 firepits and 2 hot tubs, all shared between 6 units. The listing made it sound (to us) that these would be private. The laundry room is shared between 6 units. Also not a problem, just not clear on the listing. It was great to have the FREE laundry facility available but just inconvenient that it was outside and down 2 flights of stairs.

Comfortable and great location!

It was a very well done refurbished old building! Very unique with excellent parking and right next to the trolley stop. The beds were very comfy too :)

The noise from the neighboring apartments with a crying baby and easily heard people slamming doors and going up and down stairs made for a restless night but we enjoyed our stay anyway!
