Convenience of the location and the front porch. Loved the kitchen and all of the amenities for cooking.
A few small suggestions. The ice trays were empty so we had to fill and wait for ice. The filter on the faucet was full so the water barely drips when the filter is on. The toilet was not clean. A little swirl of the toilet brush fixed it but felt it should have been clean when we arrived. And several of the remote controls were missing or missing batteries.

Location, views, kitchen and patios were exceptional.
The shower was really awkward and didn't have great water pressure.
