It was very quaint and cozy remind me of my grandmother‘s home as a child growing up. Good location for a short walk to down town Eureka Springs. Just be prepared the there is a bit of a climb back up to the property.
I’m 5’2” there was no stool at the side of the canopy bed. It was a bit too high to try to climb into. I wood recommend a cushioned footstool for there bedside. I would also recommend there be a handrail put in by the three stairs, entering up to the house and the front porch needs to be leveled. Also the French doors to the little yard where the grill is needs to have locks at the bottom, like the ones at the top of the door to have a feeling of being more secure.
