Many guests find that once they arrive, they don’t even need their car. With everything within walking distance, you can fully immerse yourself in the charm of downtown Eureka Springs without the hassle of driving. If you have any questions about parking options, don't worry. We are experienced locals and send all our guests detailed tips before check in for where to find parking within walking distance of the condo. There is also a yellow loading zone in front of the unit, perfect for unloading your luggage before finding a spot.

This loft was perfect for three of us visiting downtown Eureka Springs. There are plenty of restaurants, shops and bars within walking distance. Even so, the location was quiet and felt very private. Highly recommend!

Amazing property, beautiful space. Close to all restaurants and bars. Parking was difficult. We ended up parking several streets below the unit and taking the stairs up multiple levels. Beds were a little uncomfortable. Other than that- property owners were great to work with and everything was so convenient!

Loved the property and location! Very nice to have supplies provided (coffee, laundry soap). Comfortable, super convenient location for shopping. The parking wasn't ideal but we managed...a massive rainstorm with the car blocks away was the main problem! We normally don't need a washer/dryer but that was useful this time. The washer is VERY loud when spinning so need to do that when away.
