The historic & beautifully renovated 1908 Ridgeway House Bed and Breakfast is perfectly located close to the Historic Loop of Eureka Springs, Arkansas. Walking distance to restaurants, theaters and downtown Eureka Springs. The Ridgeway Bed and Breakfast is a great family or group gathering place. Four Bedrooms and three bathrooms. We look forward to hosting you and serving you an amazing breakfast. This Bed and Breakfast is the perfect location to make memories! Parking and breakfast included!

Bathrooms- Two Ensuite Bathrooms and one shared bathroom down the hall.
Coffee - Each of our locations comes equipped with a drip coffee maker, along with pre-portioned coffee and filters tailored for your convenience. Additionally, we offer creamer and sugar to enhance your coffee experience. Should you have a preference for a particular brand or coffee accessory, feel free to bring your own along for your stay.
Please contact us if there is any change in the number of guests that will be staying at the property. It is very important for us to know the number of guests in case of an emergency or natural disaster. Neither floor space, nor furniture may be used as additional sleeping areas. Exceeding the number of guests stated on the reservation or allowing the entry of an unauthorized pet into the property will be quickly addressed and require immediate compliance with the Rental Agreement. Note, we are able to monitor the number of guests and pets at the entry point of the property. (None of our properties have internal surveillance video). Exceeding the number of guests stated on your reservation or bringing an unauthorized pet will be cause for cancellation of your reservation and cessation of your stay without refund as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
Travel Tip - Midweek rates are lower than weekend rates - try adjusting your travel dates to view the best rates.

You will have access to the beautiful living room with a fireplace Games are provided. A continental breakfast is provided every morning with coffee, tea, and juices. Sweet and Savory pastries, along with fruit are served. There is a refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot and tea kettle in the common living area. The kitchen is not available to guests.
The Neighborhood:
Ridgeway house is within walking distance of the Crescent Hotel, Ermilio's Italian Restaurant, Intrigue theater and downtown Eureka Springs. It is a bit of a walk back up the hill to the Ridgeway House however, Eureka Springs has Uber and Lyft drivers.
Getting Around:
Historic Eureka Springs is a small town nestled in the Ozark Mountains. It is known for its great spas, restaurants, art, shopping, music, festivals, and proximity to outdoor adventures. The White River, Kings River, Beaver Lake, and Table Rock lake are all with in 15 miles of Eureka Springs. Hiking, Biking, Swimming, Kayaking, Floating and more.

This home is fabulous! So clean, so classy and completely nails the Eureka Springs vibe. Our host, Miss B put on a breakfast spread each morning that rivaled many of the top hotels we’ve stayed in globally.

The property host, Patricia, was so sweet, accommodating and helpful. The facility is very nice, things worked well, and the location is great.

I use VRBO about 5 times a year. This property ended up being a B&B that did not have a kitchen. The bathrooms had plumbing issues. It was very clean which was appreciated.
