The back deck was amazing and we had a wonderful weekend.

The space was amazing and was located close to everything.

The air conditioner was unable to keep the unit cooler than 80 during the day and would not go below 72 at night so that was a little uncomfortable.

Family Vacay

We had a great stay overall! The house was spacious, comfortable, and well-suited for our group—it was really nice to all be together while still having enough rooms for everyone to retreat to when they wanted a little space. The trolley was also super convenient and easy to catch right from the driveway. That said, we did have a few concerns. The house was a bit buggy and muggy, which affected our comfort at times. Most notably, we were surprised to find that there was no Internet or TV available, despite the listing and emails suggesting otherwise. There was a Wi-Fi password provided both in the house and via email, and one message even said that streaming services were available on the TVs (just to remember to log out before leaving). This made the lack of connectivity feel misleading. Overall, we still really enjoyed our stay, but we’re giving it 4 out of 5 stars due to the communication issues around amenities. A bit more clarity on what to expect would go a long way!

Would definitely stay here again if we knew things were going to be ready for us when we arrived.

The location was fabulous! We had a group of 10 staying here and it fit us perfectly. The roulette/poker table was a lot of fun!

When we arrived, there was no water. This was not resolved for three hours. I am still waiting to hear back about a partial refund for this inconvenience. this does let me know that no one was there to check on the property the day of our stay or this definitely would have been noticed and taken care of before our arrival. We also asked about a possible early check in just a couple of hours before we were set to arrive, and were told under no exceptions, could that happen. If we had been able to get in early, this could’ve been resolved before 730 at night.
