It has a beautiful terrace with barbecue and its garden furniture to relax Enjoy the powdery scent of mimosa and savor a moment of relaxation and emotion in the shade of the pines, in a decor of chestnut and olive trees! Stay in the holiday villa "La Roche Grise" in Berre les Alpes, an ideal compromise between sea and mountains, 25 km from Nice and close to the Mercantour National Park.
Fully equipped and able to accommodate 6 people, this beautiful and large vacation rental villa consists of an independent kitchen equipped with a living / dining room with terrace equipped with sun loungers, table and chairs. In total 3 bedrooms, 1 with a queen size bed (160 cm) 1 with a double bed (140 cm) 1 with 2 single beds - 2 bathrooms (1 with a shower and 1 with a bathtub) as well as 2 toilets.
It is the idyllic place for pedestrian walks in absolute calm. In the village, you will find all the amenities: 2 restaurants, one of which with press and tobacco, a mini market, a tennis court, etc. You can also enjoy horse riding on the hiking trails near the holiday home.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison. Les propriétaires sont très gentils et accueillants. Les plus de la maison : une très belle vue et une maison très bien pensée pour ne manquer de rien. Idéal pour se reposer et se ressourcer.

Peaceful location, great house with pool. The village is lovely, very quiet, surrounded by gorgeous mountains with good hiking routes.
