About this house rental
Charming detached villa of 140 m² with sea view, with private 9x4 salt pool 2 km from the village of Aspremont where all amenities (restaurant, pharmacy, doctor, convenience store ...) are located and 30 minutes from the center of Nice (square Masséna) .To reach Nice and its center, just go to the tram parking lot located in Nice Nord (15 minutes from my house, by vehicle or by regular Nice-Aspremont bus) and take the tram that will take you in the center of Nice and its beaches.

Vous séjournerez dans une maison spacieuse et agréable. La piscine et la vue sont un plus. Vous restez à proximité de la ville de Nice. Nous avons passé un moment agréable et relaxant.

Très jolie villa avec piscine privée, au calme sur les hauteurs de Nice, parfaitement entretenue .Le propriétaire est extrêmement bienveillant et est très à l’écoute de ses hôtes, merci à lui . Nous pensons revenir l’été prochain.
