Direct access to a private swimming pool, solarium, furnished terrace and garden of 2000m2 decorated with typical Mediterranean species, gas barbecue and night atmosphere assured. The villa adjoins a private wood ensuring the total absence of vis-à-vis and a delicious night-time freshness.

The annex of the villa consists of:
- a living room with 2 sofas, IP TV (all international channels, Netflix, Amazon...), high dining table area.
- an independent kitchen with serving hatch in the living room fully equipped (gas piano, hood, traditional oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, Nespresso machine),
- 3 bedrooms with double bed (160, 160 and 140 cm),
- a bathroom with walk-in shower, sink, toilet, heated towel rail.
Reversible air conditioning is available in all areas.

- 2 adjoining outdoor spaces: at the front beautiful terrace of 50m2 with garden furniture overlooking the valley and at the back three-level garden of 150M2 by which you arrive in the accommodation (with drying rack).

You can also freely enjoy the 2000m2 plot of land embellished with multiple reliefs pleasantly landscaped with olive trees, citrus trees, cacti or palm trees.

The private swimming pool is a few steps from the terrace of the accommodation. Multiple deckchairs and pool chairs, barbecue and beautiful bright decoration for romantic evenings or with friends.
Please note that following the systematic deterioration of the buoys and pool mats left available, they are no longer provided.

Free parking 50m from the villa.

As owners, we are sometimes on site. Friendly and discreet at the same time, we remain at the disposal of travelers on site or by phone. If you need anything, especially special equipment, we will help you. We appreciate travelers who like to be in contact. With us, there is no key box: we will meet you with great pleasure!

The annex you rent and the terrace are private spaces out of sight.
It is possible to park your vehicle outside the property (parking space 50m away).

Dogs allowed (1 maximum with prior agreement) provided you are calm and clean.
Accommodations are provided for a maximum of 6 people. Guests, parties or bachelor parties are not permitted. Respect for tranquility remains essential.
